Orders
can be placed by submitting the order
form or if you would like
to discuss your order with Amanda you can
also order by phone. Within 48 hours
of placing the order you will receive a confirmation
email and payment details. If you do not hear from us then your oder may not have been received.
Payment
is required in full prior to dispatch. We accept
cheques and postal orders. Cash will also be accepted
at Wedding exhibitions.We can also send a paypal request by email if you prefer to pay by card.
Delivery
As your order is
made especially for you and to your exact requirements,
orders will normally take around 6 weeks to complete.
However, rush orders may be possible depending on
your requirements. Rush orders should be discussed
by phone
Please Note at the moment Amanda is etremely busy and orders are prioritised by wedding date. This ensures that everybody gets their order in time for their wedding. If you let me know when your hair trial is however, we will do our best to make sure that you have it by then. Thank you for your patience.

Returns
In the unlikely
event of you receiving any item that you are not
completely happy with, we are happy for you to return
the goods within 7 days of receipt for an exchange
or full refund. Unfortunately earrings cannot be
returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that
our products are completely hand crafted and therefore
very slight differences and variations may occur
in each item.
Gold and Silver
refer only to the colour or the metal. All tiaras
unless otherwise specified are made from gold or
silver plate.
All crystals and
pearls are produced by Swarovski and are made to
the highest standard.
